What should you compare?
- How Speaking and Writing are scored. CELPIP rates four categories (for Speaking: Content/Coherence, Vocabulary, Listenability, Task Fulfillment). A score on other criteria, or one overall number, tells you less about what to fix.
- Whether accuracy is published. Any site can show a CLB number. Ask whether it was tested on official CELPIP answers and whether the results are public. See how our AI feedback works.
- Limits on paid plans. Some passes cap how many answers are AI-marked; check the cap against how often you plan to practise.
- Renewal. One-time passes end on their own; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Which one should you use?
Most candidates do best with two: a scored practice site for daily Speaking and Writing work, and the official celpip.ca tests for a final run in the real interface. Here's how to combine them. If you only need Speaking on your phone, a Speaking-only app is the cheapest route.

What is the best CELPIP practice test website?
It depends on what you need. The official celpip.ca practice tests have the real questions and interface but don't score Speaking or Writing. For scored Speaking and Writing practice, compare how each site scores (CELPIP's four rating categories or something else), what's free, and whether it publishes how accurate its scores are. Which CELPIP practice sites score Speaking and Writing?
CelpipUni, CELTESTPIP and Celpip.me score both with AI. USpeak AI scores Speaking only. The official celpip.ca practice tests give Listening and Reading scores but no individual Speaking or Writing score.
Do any CELPIP practice sites publish how accurate their AI scores are?
As of October 27, 2026, none of the third-party sites in this table published an accuracy figure on their own pages; CELTESTPIP and USpeak AI describe their scores as estimates. CelpipUni is benchmarking its grader against official CELPIP answers and will publish the method and every grade.
Is there a free CELPIP practice test with AI scoring?
Yes. CelpipUni, CELTESTPIP and Celpip.me all include some free AI-scored Speaking or Writing answers, and USpeak AI gives one free Speaking attempt a day. The official celpip.ca free practice tests don't score Speaking or Writing.
