2. Try Before You Buy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our platform before making a financial commitment. To ensure CelpipUni is right for you, we provide a selection of Free Mock Tests and practice scenarios. We highly encourage all users to fully test the platform's interface, AI evaluation quality, and content using these free resources prior to purchasing a Premium subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You are entirely in control of your subscription. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings.

If you choose to cancel:

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
You will not be charged again in the future.
You will retain full access to all Premium features until your billing cycle expires.
No prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the active billing cycle.

4. Technical Issues and Exceptions

We take the reliability of our platform seriously. If you experience a critical, verifiable technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform or utilizing its core features (e.g., complete inability to run mock tests, persistent AI evaluation failures) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund.

If you see a charge from CelpipUni that you do not recognize, please check with family members or colleagues who may have used your payment method.
