Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access granted to our extensive library of mock tests, as well as the significant computational costs incurred the moment our AI evaluates your speaking recordings and writing essays, we operate under a strict No Refund policy for our Premium subscriptions.

2. Try before you buy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our platform before making a financial commitment. To ensure CelpipUni is right for you, we provide a selection of free mock tests and practice scenarios. We highly encourage all users to fully test the platform's interface, AI evaluation quality, and content using these free resources prior to purchasing a Premium subscription.

3. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time directly through your account Settings. When you cancel, auto-renewal will be disabled immediately, and you will continue to enjoy full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be incurred.

4. Billing errors & technical exceptions

If you experience a technical error during payment processing (such as a duplicate charge), please notify our support team within 14 days of the transaction. We will promptly review your payment logs and issue a full refund for any erroneous or duplicate charges.
