All original content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to practice questions, interface design, and AI-generated feedback, are owned by CelpipUni. 7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CelpipUni, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform. We do not guarantee that your use of the Platform will result in a specific score on the official CELPIP exam.
