CELPIP 11 and 12 are above CLB 10. IELTS doesn't go higher than the CLB 10 bands for immigration purposes.

IELTS 6.0 in every skill. That is the Federal Skilled Worker minimum, and Competent English in Australia.
CELPIP 10 to IELTS
Listening 8.5, Reading 8.0, Writing 7.5, Speaking 7.5. That is the maximum language score for Express Entry CRS.
The IELTS Listening trap
IELTS Listening has the steepest CLB curve: CLB 9 needs 8.0, while the other skills need 7.0. Many IELTS candidates score 7.5 in Listening, which is only CLB 8, and lose the CLB 9 bonus. CELPIP maps one to one, so a 9 is simply CLB 9. If you are stuck at IELTS 7.5 Listening, read CELPIP vs IELTS.
CELPIP to IELTS for Australia
Australia doesn't use CLB. It sets its own equivalence: Competent English is CELPIP 7 or IELTS 6.0 in each skill, Proficient is CELPIP L9 R8 W10 S8 or IELTS 7.0 each, and Superior is CELPIP L10 R10 W12 S10 or IELTS 8.0 each. See CELPIP scores for Australian PR.
