Clear pronunciation, natural intonation, steady pacing, and minimal self-correction or long pauses ("um", "ah").

2. Task Fulfillment

Addressing all prompt elements thoroughly, providing rich supporting details, and speaking until the timer expires.

3. Vocabulary

Using precise descriptive adjectives, idiomatic expressions, collocations, and avoiding repetitive basic words.

4. Sentence Structure

Mixing simple, compound, and complex sentences with correct grammatical tense usage throughout.

3. Universal Response Structure for High Scores

Follow this 4-step blueprint for 60-second and 90-second tasks:

1. Direct Opening Statement (5-10 seconds): Clear introduction directly addressing the topic.

2. First Point + Specific Detail (20-25 seconds): Give your primary reason with a concrete example.

3. Second Point + Specific Detail (20-25 seconds): Add a secondary supporting reason or consequence.

4. Quick Concluding Sentence (5 seconds): Wrap up neatly as the timer finishes.
