Choose the option you will argue for:
Compact size (8x10 ft). Ideal for garden tools, lawnmower, seasonal items. Lower cost ($2,500 - $4,000). Quicker installation. Limited space, no vehicle storage.
Spacious (16x20 ft). Fits one car, workshop, ample storage. Higher cost ($15,000 - $25,000). Longer build time. Adds property value, greater versatility.
