Subject: Block Party Setup - Final DetailsHi David,Hope you're having a good week!Just wanted to give you a quick update on the block party setup for Saturday. I've finalized the layout with the city, and the diagram is attached.Regarding our volunteers, please make sure anyone arriving to help checks in at the Volunteer Check-in station first. We'll have a manifest there. For the food, the BBQ truck will arrive at 10 AM. Please direct them to the BBQ Central area. Remember, that's on the south side of Main Street, west of Oak Avenue. They'll need space to unload. The Dessert Haven is directly across the street. The band is setting up at the Music Area around 11 AM. We'll need some chairs placed for guests in front of the stage. The First-Aid Tent is crucial; it's right next to BBQ Central but on the east side of Oak Avenue. Also, we've got the Children's Games area ready, complete with the bouncy castle. Make sure there's enough supervision there. If anyone gets separated from their group or needs information, please direct them to the Information Booth near the east road closure. Finally, don't forget the Waste Disposal and Recycling Hub for keeping the area clean. We want to leave Main Street spotless.See you Saturday!Best,Sarah ChenBlock Party Coordinator

Finally, for setting up the sign for the road closure on the east side, I'll place it at the intersection of Main Street and . Let me know if that sounds right!Best,David
