Just saw the tournament layout and schedule! Looks like it's going to be a busy day.

Our first match for the 'Beach Bums' team is scheduled for Block C on Court 3. That means we'll be playing from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

I'm planning to arrive around 8:30 AM to catch the shuttle and avoid any last-minute rush. Remember, check-in closes at 8:45 AM, so we definitely need to be there before then. I'll head straight to the check-in table. After that, I thought we could meet up near the water refill station to warm up, it seems like a good central spot away from the initial crowds at check-in.

Also, just a heads-up, my ankle's been a bit dodgy, so it's good to know where the first-aid tent is, just in case. It looks like it's quite a walk from where we'll be playing in the afternoon.

Hey Liam,

Thanks for the heads-up on the schedule and logistics!

Good call on meeting at the water refill station after check-in. It's located from the main entrance, which should be easy to find.

I'm glad you checked the first-aid location. From our first match on Court 3, the tent is located quite a distance, specifically in the corner of the beach area.

I'll plan to catch the 8:15 AM shuttle, so I should be there just after you. I also noticed that after our first match, Courts 2 and 4 will be active for until 3:00 PM.
