Subject: Holiday Market Booth - Quick Question!
Hi Sarah,
Hope you're having a good week!
Just looking over the vendor guide for the Holiday Market next weekend. I'm so excited about our new line of handmade soaps! I was hoping to get a Premium Booth this year, but it looks like they're pretty limited. I remember last year, the washrooms were a bit of a trek from my spot, and I really want to be somewhere with easy access this time. Also, I'm planning to use a small electric diffuser for samples, so power access is a must.
My friend Mark is selling his artisanal honey, and he's keen to be near the food vendors this year if possible. He also needs power for a small heating element for samples.
Could you double-check the map and let me know which booth numbers would work best for us? And what about the setup times? I want to make sure I arrive early enough.
Thanks a bunch!
Emily

Hi Emily,
Great to hear from you! I've checked the guide. For your Premium Booth, I'd recommend as it meets all your criteria for power, size, and proximity to washrooms.
Regarding Mark, I think would be perfect for him. It's in the food court area and has power access.
And yes, you'll need to be there for setup on Saturday between 8:00 AM and to ensure you're ready before the market opens.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Sarah
