Subject: Personal Training at Peak Fitness?
Hi Mark,
Hope you're doing well!
I was looking into personal training options at Peak Fitness and they sent over this comparison chart (attached, or linked in another document). I'm a bit overwhelmed with the choices and was hoping you could take a look.
I'm trying to stick to a budget, but I also really want to get some proper nutrition advice, as that's where I struggle most. I'm thinking of starting with a 5-session pack to see how I like it, but might consider a 10-session pack if it's much better value. I probably wouldn't mind 45-minute sessions to start.
What do you think? Any recommendations based on the info?
Thanks a bunch!
Sarah

Hi Sarah,
Good to hear from you! I've had a look at the chart.
Given your budget and desire for nutrition advice, I'd strongly recommend looking at the . They offer nutrition support, which is a big plus for you. While the Gold Trainers include nutrition, their overall packages are considerably more expensive. The Silver Trainer's 5-session pack is and their sessions are 60 minutes, which is a decent duration. If you decide to go for a 10-session pack, the per-session cost drops to $80, which is than a single session.
Let me know what you decide!
Mark
