Thank you for your email and for confirming the details for Lily's 7th birthday party! We are so excited for her big day at your wonderful venue.
Just to reconfirm on our end, the party is scheduled for Saturday, November 18th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Enchanted Forest Room. We understand that setup can begin 15 minutes prior, so we'll plan to arrive around 1:45 PM. We're expecting approximately 20 children and about 10 adults. I've already sent out the digital invitations.
Regarding the food, we've opted for your "Deluxe Pizza Package" which includes two large pepperoni pizzas, two large cheese pizzas, and a fruit platter. We'd also like to add a vegetarian option for a few guests – perhaps a large veggie pizza if possible? Please let me know the additional cost for this. For drinks, we'll stick with the standard juice boxes and water.
We're also looking forward to the face painting activity that's included in our package. Lily is particularly excited about that! Could you confirm if there will be a dedicated staff member for this, and what themes or designs are typically offered?
Finally, we'll be bringing our own birthday cake, as discussed. We'll also have a small goodie bag for each child, which we'll distribute at the end of the party. Please let us know if there are any restrictions on bringing outside items beyond the cake.

I can confirm that we have noted the party for Saturday, November 18th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Enchanted Forest Room. Your arrival at 1:45 PM for setup is perfectly fine. We also have your estimated guest count of 20 children and 10 adults.
Regarding your food request, we can certainly a large vegetarian pizza to your "Deluxe Pizza Package". The additional cost for this will be $25.00, which will be added to your final invoice.
For the face painting, yes, we will have a dedicated staff member, to ensure all children get a turn. We offer a variety of popular designs, including butterflies, superheroes, and jungle animals. Our artists are also to accommodate simple custom requests if time permits.
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and goodie bags. There are no other restrictions on outside items, they are consumed within your designated party room.
