Dear Pottery Enthusiasts,

This is a friendly reminder from the Willow Creek Community Centre's Arts & Crafts Department regarding the upcoming registration for our highly anticipated Advanced Hand-Building Pottery Workshop. We've received an overwhelming response, and spots are filling up incredibly fast!

Registration officially opens next Monday, October 30th, at 9:00 AM sharp. However, as a valued member of our pre-registered interest list, you have exclusive early access to register starting this Friday, October 27th, at 10:00 AM. This early bird window will close promptly on Sunday, October 29th, at 5:00 PM. Please note that once the general registration opens, any remaining spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Verify Your Membership. Ensure your Community Centre membership is active and up-to-date. Expired memberships will prevent registration. You can renew online via our portal or at the front desk during operating hours.
Step 2: Prepare Your Payment. The workshop fee is $185, which includes all materials and firing costs. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards online.
Step 3: Access the Registration Portal. On your designated registration day and time, log in to your account on our website (www.willowcreekcc.org/register). Navigate to the "Workshops" section and select "Advanced Hand-Building Pottery."

We strongly recommend registering as soon as your window opens to secure your place. This workshop is designed for individuals with prior experience in pottery fundamentals. If you are new to pottery, we encourage you to look into our beginner-level courses offered in the spring.

I just have one quick question regarding the online portal. When I log in, should I expect to see the "Advanced Hand-Building Pottery" option on Friday, October 27th, at 10:00 AM, or will it be visible earlier but inaccessible until then? I want to ensure I don't miss the window.
